I can't believe that we are less than a week away from Christmas! I'm trying not to get caught up in the "I have so much to do" pre-Christmas stress. We are flying to New York on Friday to be with my family! I haven't been "home for Christmas" in about 3 years, so I'm very excited. We should have about 20 family members together, so it will be a very special time for us, though also bittersweet as we miss our Nana, who passed away in January.
I've decided to take a much needed rest from blogging for the next couple weeks as the holiday season is now upon us. I think this mini-vacation will rejuvenate my writing and give me new inspiration for Fru-Gal. I hope your Christmas is a peaceful time with the people you love as you reflect on the most amazing gift of all history,
God came down to Earth.
