The Journey Christian Church in Greeley is accepting donations for flood victims, as well as offering flood relief during the hours of 7 am - 10 pm. The church's address is 4754 W 31st St Greeley, CO 80634. Please contact me if you live out of the area and would like to mail donations.

Journey is providing assistance for any flood victims in Northern Colorado. Here are some of the services we are providing for flood families.
Hours open for relief 7:00 am - 10:00 pm

Goods:
Tooth paste, tooth brushes, shampoo, soap, combs, rasors, tampons, ziplock bags, toilet paper, milk jugs, water, blankets and towels.

Come to Journey to pick up any of these items during relief hours.

- If you are willing to donate any of these items or money to purchase these items please bring it to Journey Christian Church.

Restroom Use:
Our restrooms facility are open to the public. We will also have clean towels for you to wash up.

Housing:
There a mutliple families that are willing to house anyone who has been displaced from their homes. If you need housing please contact Ron Klave at 970-396-2720. If you would just like to shower and clean up at a house, contact Ron as well.

Pet Boarding:
If your pets are in need of boarding during this time, we have families willing to care for your pets. Please contact Ron Klave at 970-396-2720.

Please feel free to come and fill up your water jugs or bottles.

Power Station:
Please feel free to come and charge any of your electronics in our Cafe area. You can also use that time to access the internet.

Today's Fru-Gal Trip: 79 cents School Supplies Round-up at Target, Two Bird's Eye Recipe Ready Frozen Veggies for 17 cents, and Cheerios for 50 cents a box!

I went grocery shopping today and here's what I picked up for this week's school supplies round-up for Operation Christmas Child, as well as some other really sweet grocery deals!

3 Up & Up 24 ct. Crayons @ 25 cents each

Used Buy 2 Get 1 Free Target Q

= 50 cents for all 3 (16 cents each)

6 pack of Up & Up glue sticks @ $1.79

Used $1.50 off Up & Up School Supply Q (this coupon was just released and I printed mine this morning, but it looks like Target took it down already)

= 29 cents (5 cents per glue stick)

2 Mead Five Star Folders @ 98 cents each

Combined $1/2 Target Q & $1/2 Manufacturer Q

= Free

Total: 79 cents for the above pictured items

 

I also picked up these two packages of Bird's Eye Recipe Ready frozen vegetables for 17 cents total after coupon at Walmart. The celery package was $1.17 and the peppers/onions package was a $1. I used two $1 off coupons.

And the most exciting deal for me was scoring four big, family size boxes of Cheerios for only $2 total, or 50 cents per box. They were $1.99 on sale at King Soopers when you bought five participating items (I also bought Hillshire Farm brats at $1.97). I just downloaded a Kroger coupon onto my card this morning for $6 off 4 boxes of General Mills Cereal (looks like they took it down already, too), bringing these down to $2 total.
