I cannot believe May is over and June already here! Only 5 weeks until my due date with our baby boy! I have been busy freezer cooking/baking in preparation for "D-day" (I think I've baked about 6 dozen muffins so far for the freezer) and just spending the days of my third trimester trying to stay cool in our warm Colorado climate. Please feel free to pass along any good freezer cooking recipes to me or to let me know of a need in your area (I'm not always on top of the news)!
