If you have not heard of Kathy Spencer and/or How to Shop for Free, I definitely recommend checking out Kathy's site. I was able to meet her last week at a house party hosted by my fru-gal friend, Lynnette, and it was a great time of learning and inspiration! Kathy's weekly grocery budget for her family of six is $4. This even includes Iams dog and cat food for her pets! Pretty amazing, isn't it! She just released a new book, How to Shop for Free: Shopping Secrets for Smart Women Who Love to Get Something for Nothing, and it is available for only $10.09 at Amazon. I guarantee you will learn something, if not many things, from Kathy's shopping strategies.
