I had another fun, successful trip to the local Rite Aid yesterday! I was just about out of baby wipes, and didn't have any specific coupons for them, so after watching (15) Rite Aid Beauty Video Values to get a $4/$20 coupon (watching that many beauty ads at the same time almost killed me) and combining all my other purchases to just above $20.00, I was able to get everything above for more than free after UPRs. I'm also running low on diapers, but there should be some Huggies Qs coming out in tomorrow's paper, so I'm waiting patiently for those!
I bought:
(2) TGI Friday's Chips- on sale for $.97 each (free after $1 UPR for each)
(2) New York Style Bagel Crisps- on sale for $1.50 each (get $1 UPR when you buy 2)
(2) Ricolas- 2/$3 (get $1 UPR when you buy 2)
(1) Dove Conditioner- $2.99 (get $1 UPR)
(1) Tom's of Maine Toothpaste- $3.99 (get $3 UPRs)
(1) Pampers Baby Wipes, 216 ct.- $5.99
Total before Qs: $20.91
*My Rite Aid was out of the free toilet paper and free Viactiv, or else I would have grabbed those, too.
I used:
$4/$20 Rite Aid Beauty Q
$1/1 Rite Aid Video Values Dove Q
(1) $1/2 Ricola Q in 1/16 SS
Total after Qs: $13.41
I had $10 in UPRs from last week's trip, bringing my total down to $3.41. I still had some money on a Rite Aid gift card that, after tax, left me paying $2.57 out of pocket. I got $8 in UPRs back for next time, making this trip a $5.43 moneymaker!
I then headed over to the mall to stop in at Bath & Body Works. Using my two coupons for a free 2 oz. Carried Away lotion and a free travel size Signature Collection item with any purchase, I bought a 75% Christmas hand sanitizer for $.38 (there was a lot of Christmas clearance to choose from) and got the Carried Away lotion and body spray for free!
