| The Exciting Prizes from my Fru-Gal Stockpile! |
I served 27 people dinner last night, and thankfully, there was enough food! I made two big crock pots full of Barbeque Corn Chili and two egg- and dairy-free Apple Bundt Cakes (recipes to follow).
Since we had such a large group, we decided to do a spur-of-the-moment hat dinner party! Everyone had a lot of fun designing and sporting around their hats. Best of all, the prizes for the most creative hats came right out of my stockpile! It was hilarious to see the kids getting excited over first aid kits, toothbrushes, and emery boards. I also had some markers, coloring books, and candy, but believe it or not, the first aid kit was the most coveted prize. Definitely a fun way to gift some of my extra stockpile!
