Homemade Honey Vanilla Coffee Creamer!

Just 3 ingredients, folks!

Finished batch #1.

Delicious and much healthier!
Since most flavored coffee creamers are quite synthetic in ingredients (is there even dairy in them?), I wanted to try my hand at making a homemade, healthier coffee creamer. Thanks to this helpful, wonderful post from Deliciously Organic, I decided to create the Honey Vanilla variety, as it seemed easiest (and that's how I roll). Instead of buying whole milk and heavy cream, I just bought organic half and half, which was on sale this past week at Sprouts. The only other ingredients are honey and vanilla (all I had was imitation vanilla, but still works).

This really is super easy and seriously took me about 3 minutes to make! If you wanted, I think you could probably just add the honey and vanilla to your individual cup of coffee with half and half, instead of mixing them all together ahead of time. I did have to add more honey as I like my coffee sahweeeet. Perhaps I'll try one of the other flavors soon!
