As often the case, truth can sometimes appear illogical to the world's reasoning system. We think to give away means to lose, yet in reality, to give away means we gain. It takes faith to give, selfishness to keep; treasure in God to give, treasure in our possessions to keep. One is the Spirit, one is the natural man. Trust the Lord's promise, it is more blessed to give than receive (Acts 20:35). And let go.
