Drink 1-2 cups of tea a day!
This may not seem like a direct fru-gal tip, but in the long run, drinking a cup of tea every day could have many positive health and, therefore, financial benefits. Tea contains antioxidants that help cells regenerate and repair. In a couple recent studies, one with green tea in China and one with black tea in Sweden, women who drank two cups of tea a day reduced their risk of ovarian cancer by 42%!
After my bout with ovarian cancer at age 23, you better believe I'm drinking at least a cup of tea a day! Though I still prefer coffee.
