I needed a gluten-, dairy-, egg-, and nut- free dessert for tomorrow's
big St. Patrick's Day celebration (think 27 people)... there are several specialized diets in the fam. Needless to say, I had an "ah-ha" moment at the party store when I saw Shamrock cookie cutters, three for $1.49...
Shamrock Jello Jigglers of course! Here they are in all their glory. And may I just say that I think these are so cool! If you haven't made them, you should give it a try (directions on the side of the Jello box)... very easy to cut and get out of the pan.

Use a spatula to get started, and then you can just pull the excess Jello out from around the cuts. |
