Money Saving Mom just put together a post, How You Can Help the Tornado Victims: Donate From Your Stockpile (+ more), including where you can send needed items for distribution in the Joplin area. If you have some extra items in your stockpile, this would be a great opportunity to donate them! A medium flat rate box will cost $10.95 to ship, regardless of weight. I was able to stuff quite a bit of donations into one for Alabama tornado relief (the box ended up being about 9 lbs.).
