What's in our Food? Fascinating and Frightening.

I'm just learning about all the dangerous food addictives that are found in many if not most processed foods (and even not processed) in our American grocery stores. The most alarming fact to me is that other nations have banned these ingredients, yet the same companies  add them in American inferior versions. Check out this article, "Food Babe Investigates: How Food Companies Exploit Americans with Ingredients Banned in Other Countries," sent to me by a friend (thanks, Loni). I'd love to know your thoughts! As a mom and a former cancer patient at age 23, this is completely turning my food paradigm upside down and changing how I will shop from now on (and I thought I shopped healthy).
